WINTHROP, Mass. – First-year swimmer Ella Harmon secured Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Rookie of the Week honors, announced Wednesday afternoon.

Harmon posted a season-best time in the 200-yard fly at the WPI Invitational, Friday evening, touching the wall with a time of 2:30.83. The following day in a dual meet against Wellesley, Harmon came two seconds from besting her time in the event the previous night, clocking in with a time of 2:32.61 to secure first place - one of five first-place finishes Saturday 

Simmons returns to the pool on Saturday, Nov. 13 hosting the University of New England at 1 p.m. at the Holmes Sports Center.
