Women's Swimming & Diving vs. Plymouth State Canceled

WINTHROP, Mass. - The Simmons College women's swimming & diving team topped the 2014 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Coaches Poll as the favorite to win the GNAC Championship meet held from December 6-7. The title meet will be hosted by Simmons in the Holmes Sports Center Natatorium on its campus, beginning at 10:30 a.m. on December 6. BOSTON, Mass. - The women's swimming & diving meet between Simmons College and visiting Plymouth State University scheduled for today (January 31) at 1:00 p.m. has been canceled and will not be re-scheduled.

BOSTON, Mass. - The women's swimming & diving meet between Simmons College and visiting Plymouth State University scheduled for today (January 31) at 1:00 p.m. has been canceled and will not be re-scheduled.

In lieu of the dual meet and with it being the final home meet for the Sharks seniors, the team will conduct time trials with officials present.

Simmons will compete again on Friday, February 13 when it travels to Kingston, R.I. to vie for the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association Championship, hosted by University of Rhode Island.
