"At this point in the season, it is easy for the athletes to over-analyze their races.  It can be mentally tough if they're putting the work in, but not meeting their goals.  We used this meet as an opportunity to take a little pressure off and try some new races.  I think it was the right move," said head coach Mindy Williams.

The Sharks conclude their regular season at home this weekend against Western New England on Saturday and Plymouth State on Sunday. Both meets will begin at 1:00 p.m.
