BOSTON, Mass. -- Sophomore Amy Davis (Southbury, Conn.) was named Great Northeast Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week announced Tuesday, November 8th.

Davis finished first in the 100 Fly, the 100 Free and the 50 Fly and led the team to a first place finish in the 200 Freestyle Relay against Elms College and Gordon College on Saturday.

Davis tallied 15 individual points against both Elms and Gordon, helping the team to secure wins against both schools. The times that Amy posted at the season-opener were within hundredths of seconds from her best times during the 2010-2011 season.

The Sharks return to action on Saturday, November 12th when they host New England College at 1:00 p.m.
