Senior Swimming & Diving captain Keri-Ann Arsenault (Chester, N.H.) was named Great Northeast Athletic Conference Swimmer of the Week, the GNAC announced on Monday. This is the third time Arsenault has received the Swimmer of the Week award since the start of the 2008-09 season.

Arsenault won three individual events at the WNEC vs. Simmons meet and anchored the third place free relay. She finished first in 200 IM, 500 Free and 1000 Free, all with season best times.

"Keri-Ann has had some really great meets so far this season, but Saturday's meet was one of her best. She didn't have much competition in the distance events so she was really able to swim her own race. She used those opportunities to practice a new race strategy and to play around with a slightly different pace," said Head Coach Mindy Williams. "It had been a while since we had a home meet and there was a great turn-out in the stands.  I think that both those factors helped get her fired up for her races."
