Stoller Earns GNAC Player of the Week Accolades for Second Straight Week

WINTHROP, Mass. – For the second straight week, graduate student Abby Stoller was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Midway through the week against the defending GNAC champion Saint Joseph's College of Maine, Stoller registered a career single-game best, dishing out five assists to finish with a total of six points. Against the Monks she also won six draws. Stoller closed out the week, tallying three goals and four assists for seven points, while scooping up five ground balls and winning four draws in a convincing 19-5 win over Elms College.

Simmons returns to the field on Wednesday, April 26 when they travel to Providence, Rhode Island for a pivotal meeting against Johnson & Wales University that will determine post-season seedings.
