Elliott Tabbed as GNAC Goalkeeper of the Week after Double Overtime Win over Emmanuel

WINTHROP, Mass. – Senior goalie Nicole Elliott was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Goalkeeper of the Week, announced Monday afternoon.  

Elliott led the Sharks to a 2-0 week, which included a 10-9 double overtime victory against neighboring rivals Emmanuel College, Tuesday evening. Against the Saints, Elliott registered 11 saves in 65:45 minutes to earn her fourth win. Late in the week, she picked up the shutout in a convincing 20-0 victory over Anna Maria for her fifth win of the season.

The Sharks return to the field on March 22 when they travel to Standish, Maine for a 5 p.m. tilt against Saint Joseph's College of Maine.
