Rowing Clips 12 Seconds From Last Week at Assumption Invitational

WORCESTER, Mass. – Simmons rowing returned to Lake Quinsigamond in central Massachusetts for the Assumption Invitational on Saturday morning.

Facing a slight crosswind on the lake, the Sharks Varsity eight boat clipped 35 seconds off their time from last weekend – on the same body of water. Led by junior coxswain Olivia Murray, the Sharks crossed the finish line with a time of 8:13.92 – 12 seconds ahead of host Assumption College.
