CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Simmons College crew team's varsity four finished 30th at the 51st Head of the Charles Regatta in the Women's Collegiate Fours on the Charles River this afternoon in Cambridge, Mass.

The Sharks turned in a time of 21:58.721 on the 4800 meter course. Sophomore Alexa Frongillo (Franklin, Mass.) took the oar at the bow seat, followed by first year Rachel Mazur (Princeton, Mass.), senior Jess Randolph (Concord, N.C.) and sophomore Karina Bercan (Derry, N.H.) in the stroke seat. Sophomore Clarice Johnson (Norwell, Mass.) directed the shell from the coxswain position and helped the Simmons four overcome the shell from Colby following the first marker.

Simmons crew will compete again tomorrow when the Varsity Eight competes at 3:31 p.m. in the Women's Collegiate Eights on the Charles River.
