Christina Baudis joined the Simmons Swimming & Diving Coaching staff prior to the 2007-08 season and is entering her 13th year with the program. She assists in all aspects of the program, including meet preparation, dryland coordination, stroke refinement and recruiting. In addition, the provides nutrition education to individual student-athletes and conducts team workshops with a focus on how nutrition impacts student-athlete performance both in the pool and in life.

During Baudis' time with the Sharks, the team has won 12 straight Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championships to go with a pair of New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association crowns in the past two years. The Connecticut native has coached 96 All-Conference performers as well as six GNAC Athletes of the Year and coached the Simmons at the NCAA Championships in each of the past two years.

In addition to her duties with the Sharks, Baudis is the Head Coach for the Varsity Swim team at the prestigious Winsor School, where she also serves as Head of the Wellness Department and teaches Health for grades five through 12 at the school.  Baudis led Winsor to its first Eastern Independent League Championship in over 10 years in 2019.

Baudis, who began her coaching career in 2004 at the YMCA of Boston, is active on the Masters Swimming circuit as well, providing her many opportunities to swim around the world.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and her Masters of Health Education from Cambridge College.
