Full CSCAA Fall Scholar All-America Team Release

BOSTON – Simmons swimming and diving was one of 783 teams selected as a Fall Scholar All America Team announced by College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) on Monday afternoon.

Coming off an outstanding weekend at the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship meet filled with multiple personal-bests and a major award winner, the Sharks finished the fall semester with a, department-leading, 3.74 GPA. It is also the 11th best fall semester GPA amongst all Division III programs. 

The squad was first amongst their GNAC counterparts: Norwich (3.28), and the University of St. Joseph (Conn.) (3.47). Additionally, the Sharks were amongst the 595 teams to achieve a GPA north of 3.30 to earn eligibility for the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings.
