Rowing Posts Season Best Time as they Defeat Assumption in the Final 3

SHREWSBURY, Mass. – Competing in the New England Rowing Championship, Simmons rowing posted its top time of the spring season in the afternoon final on Saturday afternoon.

Early in the morning, led by junior coxswain Olivia Murray, the Sharks Varsity Eight boat posted a season-best time of 8:00.059. It did not last for long as Simmons eclipsed the time defeating Assumption College in the Final 3, crossing the finish line with a time of 7:52.513.
