BOSTON – Simmons rowing capped off their 2023 fall schedule with the long-standing Head of the Charles Regatta late Sunday afternoon.

Strong performances on the Charles River earlier in the fall prepared the Sharks for the tough competition they would face this past weekend. Sophomore coxswain Olivia Murray led the Sharks Collegiate Four Boat to cross the finish line with a time of 21:53.422 – nearly 30 seconds ahead of Wellesley College's Collegiate Boat "A."

On the second day of the three-day regatta, Simmons alumnae four boat finished 10th in a field of 24 with a time of 20:09.674 in the Women's Alumnae Fours had of the Radcliffe Alumnae. The top-10 finish gives the Simmons alumnae and entry into next year's Head of the Charles race.

Additionally, the alumnae had a second boat competing in the Alumnae Eights that finished with a time of 21:12.432.
