Emily Sideris will enter her fourth year, and second as Assistant Athletic Director, at Simmons University in 2024-2025. 

In her current role, Sideris coordinates NCAA compliance for the nine Varsity programs while overseeing compliance rules education, eligibility and monitoring. Sideris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the nine Varsity programs including coordination of game schedules and contracts, officials, facility operations, and transportation management. Additionally, she provides general oversight and leadership of the facility maintenance at Daly Field, while serving as a point of contact for the Daly Field Stewardship Group. 

Sideris joined the Sharks as the manager of Daly Field & athletic operations before being promoted to assistant athletic director where she led the charge in the recruitment, hiring, staffing and coordination of all varsity athletic contests. 

Sideris returns to Boston following a brief stint with the West Point Association of Graduates, where she gained valuable skills in fundraising and stewardship. Prior to her role in donor relations, Sideris spent the previous two years working in operations at Manhattanville College while receiving her Master's Degree in Education. In her time at Manhattanville, she coordinated and oversaw all the facility operations, scheduling and field rentals as well as managed all game-day operations for the Valiants 18 varsity programs.

After graduating from Stonehill College with a degree in communication in 2014, she spent three years working promotional events for the Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics, New England Patriots and New England Revolution with CBS Radio's promotions team. Additionally, Sideris coached middle and high school field hockey at The Rivers School. 

A native of Watertown, Massachusetts, Sideris played high school field hockey for the NFHCA Hall of Fame Head Coach Eileen Donahue, helping the Raiders to the State Championship in 2009. Sideris went on to play collegiately for four years at Stonehill, where she was a three-time NE-10 first team selection and a three-time NFHCA All-America Team recipient.
