Lindsay Graham joined Simmons as the Director of Marketing, Promotions and Athletic Communications in July of 2021. At the beginning of the 2023-24 academic year, Graham was selected to participate in the College Sports Communicators Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship Program, aimed at how athletic communications can help increase diversity and inclusion on college campuses.

In her first year at Simmons, she provided leadership and oversight of all communication endeavors for the athletic department, including stream-lining communication with weekly and of the season awards. Additionally, Graham helped the department grow its social media presence with an increase of followers and impressions on Twitter and Instagram. To assist with this social media increase, she created and executed the “Celebrating Women’s History Month” campaign, to emphasize the importance of celebrating the impact women have made and continue to make in society. She also assisted on in a complimentary role on projects related to Simmons’ end of the year Senior Student Athlete Celebration as well as the GNAC’s subcommittee on the conference awards process.

Graham comes to Simmons with a wealth of experience in the field of athletic communications, coming off her second stint as an assistant director of athletic communications at Harvard University. At Harvard, she was the primary contact for 10 of the Crimson’s 42 athletic programs as well as gained valuable knowledge of on-going multimedia and social media trends. She was an integral part of the 2020 Ivy League men's swimming and diving championship that saw Harvard win its fourth straight title as well as the 2020 men's and women's fencing championship. In addition to her sport contact responsibilities, she also collaborated with upper administration on multiple short- and long-term projects.

No stranger to the conference, Graham spent the fall of 2019 serving as a communications and marketing assistant at rival Johnson & Wales University. Providing communications expertise, she created promotional videos for the inaugural “President’s Game” series and the first “Homecoming Tailgate,” while also being the point person for the nationally-ranked women’s volleyball program.

Prior to Johnson & Wales, Graham completed her first term as an assistant director of athletic communications at Harvard serving as the primary contact for men's soccer, men's and women's swimming and diving, wrestling, softball, skiing and sailing. In this role, she worked alongside current Simmons softball assistant Ally Galati, who was an event management intern at the time, as well as helped the department host the 2018 Ivy League women's swimming and diving championship, the 2018 NCAA Division I, II, and III men's lacrosse championship and the 2018 Harvard-Yale Game at Fenway Park.

Away from athletics, Graham also assists the Division I communications staffs at Harvard University and Boston College as a game-day statistician during the ACC and Ivy League basketball seasons. In addition, she volunteers at the Harvard Varsity Club annual golf tournament and numerous Watertown Boys & Girls Club club events.

A native of Watertown, Massachusetts, Graham is an avid golfer, maintaining a 7.1 handicap index. She graduated from McDaniel College in 2007 with a degree in political science.
