Carl Geneus is entering his second season as the assistant basketball coach for the Sharks.

Geneus began coaching at the Academy of the Pacific Rim Charter School as the boys varsity team assistant coach, where he assisted with scouting, player development, practice planning, and game preparation. For the past two years, he was the head coach of the Boston Trinity Academy girls varsity team and helped guide the team to its first ever league championship in school history. Geneus has also worked with the Mass Premier AAU program as well as numerous summer camps.

Geneus graduated from Boston University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and received his Master of Sports Leadership from Northeastern University in 2011.
