The Great Northeast Athletic Conference recognized 598 student-athletes from 16 league sports on the 2010-11 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Academic All-Conference Team. 46 Simmons athletes received the honor, and all seven of the Simmons varsity programs sponsored by the GNAC were represented on this year's Academic All-Conference Team.

Second-year student-athletes from all 13 member institutions who hold a cumulative 3.25 (on a 4.0 scale) grade point average for the 2010-2011 academic school year and are a member of a varsity team are eligible.

For the second consecutive year, the GNAC has boasted the greatest amount of student-athletes receiving the honor and an increase of 68 student-athletes receiving the honor from the 2009-2010 academic year.
