Junior Stephanie Fox (West Springfield, Mass.) scored a game-high 14 points, while junior guard Julianna Eagles (Quincy, Mass.) and senior Lauren Kreckie (Braintree, Mass.) added 13 and 10 points, respectively to lead Simmons to a 57-37 win over Mount Ida Wednesday evening at the Holmes Sports Center. Simmons improves to 10-5 (GNAC 2-1), while Mount Ida falls to 4-11 (GNAC 0-4).

Nicole Casimiro led Mount Ida with 10 points and four rebounds.  Cherie Parisi added 10 rebounds and six points for the Mustangs.

The Sharks take on Emerson in a 4:00 p.m. match-up with the Lions on Saturday, January 24 at Piano Row Gymnasium.
