WINTHROP, Mass. – Simmons lacrosse earned the fourth seed in the GNAC North Division in the 2024 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) post-season tournament announced by the league Tuesday evening.

Finishing the season with an 8-9 overall record, including a 6-5 mark against conference foes, the Sharks will host fifth-seed Norwich University on Thursday evening April 25 at 6 p.m. The Sharks were victorious in their first meeting. Simmons bested Norwich, 18-10, behind a career single-game high nine goals from junior attacker Frida Turriza on April 6.  

A win for the Sharks on Thursday they would move on to face the GNAC South's top seed Johnson & Wales University in the GNAC Quarterfinals on Saturday, April 27 in Providence, Rhode Island.
