Swimming & Diving Posts 11th-Highest GPA in Division III to Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Team Honors
June 25, 2019COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Simmons University Swimming & Diving squad was named a Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association after posting the 11th-highest grade point average among NCAA Division III programs following the Spring semester, it was announced today by the organization. A record 480 institutions were named to the list, highlighted by Macalester University's women's GPA of 3.79. -

April 09, 2019WINTHROP, Mass. – Simmons University's Mindy Williams (Hampstead, N.H.) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Women's Swimming & Diving Coach of the Year in addition to junior Aine Scholand (Albuquerque, N.M.) being chosen the GNAC Women's Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Year and first year Sarah Singleton (Mission Hills, Calif.) being tabbed the GNAC Women's Swimming & Diving Rookie of the Year, it was announced today by the conference.

January 26, 2019BOSTON, Mass. – The Simmons University women’s swimming & diving team won 12 of 16 events en-route to a 197-103 dual-meet victory over visiting Mount Holyoke College this afternoon at the Holmes Sports Center Natatorium on the campus of Simmons in Boston, Mass. The Sharks win their fifth straight meet to improve to 11-2 on the season, while the Lyons fall to 3-6.
