Mackenzie Sage joins the Simmons Cross Country staff following a four-year career at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

The New York State native was a Captain for HWS and competed at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championship three times, before graduating in 2018. Sage made an immediate impact for the Herons, earning Libertly League Rookie of the Week honors as a first year. She excelled in the classroom at HWS as well, being named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team in each of her final three years of competition.
