2018 Season: Named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference First Team to become the third player in school history to earn an All-Conference nod in all four of her seasons in addition to being just the third Simmons player with multiple First Team awards ... Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team ... Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference Team ... Tabbed a Tri-Captain ... Became the Sharks' career leader in points (221), goals (183), free position goals (47) and games played (69) ... Netted a school-record 58 goals in 17 games for the Sharks, including 33 in conference play to rank fifth among GNAC players in league-only games ... Tallied 71 points for the second-most in school annals with 39 of her points coming against conference foes to place her eighth among league leaders for points in league contests ... Took advantage of free-position opportunities, scoring a program-record 18 goals in those situations, which ranked her third in overall free-position scores for GNAC players ... Notched at least one goal in every match, including multiple scores in all but one contest ... Netted five or more goals on four occasions and tallied a season-high six points four times ... Enjoyed two separate three-game stretches with five or more goals and was named the GNAC Player of the Week for the week of February 26 to March 4 ... Also led Simmons with 13 assists to go with 22 ground balls and eight caused turnovers. 

2017 Season: Earned Great Northeast Athletic Conference First Team honors and became the first Simmons player since 2013 to earn All-Conference honors in each of her first three years of competition ... Tabbed to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference All-Academic Team ... Ranked fourth among league leaders with 55 goals, which was one short of tying the school's single-season mark ... Placed eighth among league leaders in points with 63, which was also the second-highest season total in program history ... Started all 20 matches and also picked up 28 ground balls, came up with 13 draw controls, caused four turnovers and netted 10 free position markers ... Scored at least one goal in every match and netted multiple goals on 14 occasions ... Closed out the season with 19 goals over six contests, including eight in the GNAC Championship Tournament and was named to the All-Tournament Team. 

2016 Season: Tabbed to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Second Team for the second straight year ... Named to the GNAC All-Academic Team ... Led the Sharks with 41 goals (the fourth most in school history) and 52 points (fifth-most in school history) ... Started all 17 contests and ranked 14th in the league in goals and 15th in points, while standing 20th with 11 assists ... Placed seventh among conference leaders with 13 free-position goals ... Netted at least one goal in all but one match for the season and closed out the string with a nine-match scoring streak ... Tallied multiple goals on 10 occasions, including eight goals to go with an assist to tie the school record for points in a game with nine on April 5 at Mount Ida College ... Ranked third on the team with 27 ground balls.

2015 Season: Named to the GNAC Second Team as just one of three rookies in the league to earn All-Conference status ... Started 14 of 15 matches in her rookie season for the Sharks ... Netted 29 goals and added six assists for a total of 35 points ... Converted six of 12 free position goal opportunities, while adding 27 ground balls, eight draw controls and seven caused turnovers ... Tabbed GNAC Rookie of the Week for the week of March 23-29 ... Fries notched at least one point in 13 of 15 matches, including seven multi-point outings ... Put together a three-match string where she tallied 15 points, with four goals in each of the matches to go with 10 ground balls and four caused turnovers from March 23-28 ... Closed out the season by recording at least one point in 10 straight contests.

High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner in lacrosse and cross country and earned three letters in basketball for Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School ... Named to the Brockton Enterprise All-Scholastic Team for Bridgewater-Raynham High School lacrosse ... Earned the Outstanding Athlete Award for the Trojans' lacrosse and basketball squads following her senior season in each sport ... Named to the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School Hall of Fame for lacrosse and basketball ... Selected the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional Outstanding Senior Athlete ...
