    Grand Lake, Colo. - Simmons College women's lacrosse players Crystal Derosier (Kingston, Mass.), Symonne Fontenot (Portsmouth, N.H.) and Greer Gilbert (Falmouth, Mass.) were all named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Academic Honor Roll, it was announced today by the organization.

    WINTHROP, Mass. – Simmons College’s Greer Gilbert (Falmouth, Mass.) was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Lacrosse First Team, while Symonne Fontenot (Portsmouth, N.H.), Kasey Fries (Bridgewater, Mass.) and Stephanie Oliveri (Waltham, Mass.) all received Second Team All-Conference nods, it was announced today by the league. Alexia Malone Oliver (Bristol, R.I.) was also chosen for the All-Sportsmanship team.

    NEWTON, Mass. – Despite a combined seven goals from junior midfielder Greer Gilbert (Falmouth, Mass.) and senior attacker Stephanie Oliveri (Waltham, Mass.) the Simmons College women's lacrosse team was edged by Mount Ida College this morning in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference match at Alumni Field on the campus of Mount Ida in Newton, Mass. Oliveri also became just the second player in school history to notch her 100th career goal.
